We accept all type of documents for translation services including the academic documents.

General Guidelines

Follow our simple guideline below:

  1. Download the form as attached in the button above.
  2. Fill in the form and choose your preferences of services.
  3. Write an e-mail and attach your file along with the application form of services in the email (ifla@iium.edu.my).
  4. The service will be overview by IfLA Staff including the rates.
  5. After the quotation are complete, we will sent to you the e-mail. Reply the email with signed quotation as a proof of acceptance .
  6. Once accepted the service will be processed depending the amount of document.

Terms & Condition

  1. All documents must be formatted using the APA 7th edition, effectively on 3rd January 2023.
  2. Endorsement services will be processed within 7-14 working days after the payment completed.
  3. The charges may differ depending on the no. of pages, specialty (technical, law, science, etc.), source language,
    target language and type of document.
  4. Additional charges of 20% to 50% for urgent proof-reading/translation services.
