IfLA offers various language courses for the public, ranging from beginner to advanced levels in Arabic, English, Tilawah and Malay.

The Executive Programme in Quranic Language Studies (EPQLS) is a structured and progressive programme offered by the Arabic (Quranic Language) Division of the Institute for Language Advancement (IfLA), IIUM. Designed for the public community, EPQLS provides systematic exposure to Quranic Arabic, beginning from foundational concepts and advancing towards higher levels of linguistic understanding.
The English for The Workplace is a short course offered by the Institute for Language Advancement (IfLA), International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). This is a practical course designed to strengthen participants’ business writing skills while developing essential communication competencies required in professional environments. The course focuses on improving workplace language proficiency through structured lessons and active participation, making it suitable for learners at all levels.

The Malay Language Course for Internationals programmes are designed to support learners at progressive proficiency levels through practical and communicative approaches. Level 1 focuses on basic everyday communication for beginners, Level 2 develops fluency and confidence for social and professional use, and Level 3 provides advanced learning for learners to communicate accurately and effectively in complex academic and professional contexts. All levels emphasise speaking skills, real-life applications, and culturally appropriate language use in Malaysia.
