INOCEM, established in 2003, is an institute focusing on oceanography, marine and maritime studies. Our goal is to provide high-quality education, research, and outreach programs in these fields. We offer postgraduate programs and work to address important marine issues in Malaysia. We aim to be a center of excellence for research and development of ocean and coastal resources.

Marine School
Marine School main purpose of establishment is to deliver the awareness and knowledge on the beauty of marine life and the world surrounding it. Protection and preservation of marine world being the basis of marine school establishment, we encourage and educate people of all ages through engaging events and module.
International Coastal Clean Up Day
International Coastal Cleanup Day is a global effort where communities unite to clean beaches and shorelines. Volunteers come together annually to remove litter, raise awareness about marine pollution, and promote environmental stewardship.
